What We Collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and (for shipped orders) your shipping address. As you browse, we collect basic analytics such as pages visited, referring site, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

How We Use It

We use your information to fulfill orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to support requests, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we receive only a payment confirmation and the last digits of the card.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep your shopping cart between visits, remember your checkout details if you choose to enter them, and maintain basic session state. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings; doing so empties your cart and removes saved checkout details.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the business: with Stripe to process payment, with shipping carriers to deliver your order, and with service providers that host our infrastructure. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention & Your Choices

Order records are retained for accounting and warranty purposes. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, contact us at sales@getpcparts.com and we will respond promptly.
