All orders ship from our location in New Albany, OH, in the Columbus area.
Processing Time

Shipping is charged per product category — items in the same category ship together, so you pay one shipping charge per category no matter how many items from that category are in your order. The exact shipping cost is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Carriers & Tracking
We ship via USPS and UPS. Every package includes tracking, and your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the label is created. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after shipping.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in the Columbus, OH area. Choose "Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a time and location.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging, take photos, and contact us at sales@getpcparts.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and make it right.
