Agreement

By using this website or placing an order with GET PC PARTS, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

Products

We sell used and open-box computer components. Every item is tested before listing and sold as described, with photos of the actual item where available. Items marked "FOR PARTS ONLY" are sold as-is, are known or suspected to be non-working, and carry no warranty or return eligibility.

Pricing & Availability

Each listing is a unique physical item; once it sells, it is gone. Prices may change at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed due to a pricing or listing error.

Orders & Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. An order is accepted when payment completes and you receive an order confirmation. Items in your cart are reserved for a limited time and are not sold until checkout completes.

Warranty & Returns

Unless otherwise stated, items are covered by our 30-day Refund & Return Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, items are otherwise provided without further warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GET PC PARTS's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or damage to other components.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
