Refund & Return Policy

Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery (or pickup) for a refund.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in working condition with no visible damage — the same condition they were in when you received them, including any accessories or packaging that shipped with them. Items that have been damaged, burned out, physically altered, or otherwise rendered defective while in your possession are not accepted for return.
Items clearly marked "FOR PARTS ONLY" are sold as-is for parts or repair and are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Start a Return
Email us at sales@getpcparts.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
If the item arrived not working or not as described, we cover the return shipping. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Local pickup orders may be returned in person by arrangement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error (not working on arrival or not as described).
Arrived Not Working?
Every component is professionally tested before listing, but shipping can be rough. If an item arrives not working, email us at sales@getpcparts.com right away and we will make it right with a replacement (when available) or a full refund including shipping.
